Motivation to Calm my Nerves

Every time I think about the marathon, I get mini-panic attacks. It is real, all 26.2 miles of it, but man is it scary! I've made a wall of motivation thanks to pinterest which is now my background on my computer. Looking at it calms my nerves just a little bit.


  1. Hey lady! Don't freak out! You are PREPARED. I always get nervous at race time bc what if i'm late, what if I can't find where I'm supposed to go, what if this andwhat if that. The biggest race of my life I was READY. Not nervous, didn't even need the bathroom 100 times! It was all because I was preapred and you are preapred so don't worry. You made it almost 24 miles!!!! What's another 2.2? It's in the bag. Don't worry. It will be awesome and you will get your medal and you will forever be a badass.

    1. Thanks for the kind words! I know I can handle the 26.2 miles, but my fear is doing it in the 6 hours. I want my name in the paper darn it!
